1. Fair treatment commitment

TOSODEX treats every user fairly, regardless of account size. All users receive the same market access, order execution logic, published fee schedule and security standards. This policy governs the limited, additional benefits available to certain accounts — it does not create, and must never be read as creating, any unfair advantage in trade execution, pricing or market access.

2. What "special treatment" covers

Some accounts qualify for additional service benefits on top of the standard offering, including:

• Reduced trading fees under our VIP fee tiers (see the Fees page for current tiers).
• A dedicated account manager and priority support queue.
• Access to an over-the-counter (OTC) desk for large block trades.
• Higher withdrawal and deposit limits, subject to enhanced verification.
• Early access to new products, and invitations to premium features such as the Premium tier.

3. Eligibility

Special treatment is generally based on objective, volume-based criteria — 30-day trading volume, total assets held on the platform, or account tenure — consistent with our published VIP tiers. Institutional and professional traders may also qualify based on verified trading entity status. Eligibility is reviewed periodically and can change if activity drops below the relevant threshold.

4. How to apply

If you believe your account qualifies for VIP or institutional treatment, contact vip@tosodex.com or reach out via Support. All applicants — regardless of size — go through the same identity verification and AML checks described in our AML Policy; special treatment never bypasses compliance requirements.

5. What special treatment never includes

• Preferential order execution, price improvement, or advance knowledge of order flow.
• Exemption from AML/KYC verification, sanctions screening or transaction monitoring.
• Guaranteed profits, guaranteed liquidity, or any assurance against market risk.

6. Changes

We may update VIP thresholds, benefits or this policy from time to time; changes take effect once published on this page.
